It just makes sense to pursue a craft in photography as a Graphic Designer. It's a different set of skills and proficiency, to be really good you need to master lighting (technique) and social touch (connection to the subject) and perceptions.  I'm a "generalist." I can do Product and Food, Fashion, Corporate, Sports, Events, Travel, Architecture, Interior Design, and anything related to advertising photography.
